Service Discretion
ClearOps reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue service at its discretion when requests fall outside operational scope, capacity, or service eligibility.
Spending Authorization
ClearOps may approve and proceed with repairs up to $300 without prior approval. Expenses above $300 will be submitted for approval when reasonably possible.
Vendor & Financial Responsibility
Clients pay vendors directly. ClearOps does not collect, hold, or process funds, and is not responsible for vendor billing, pricing, workmanship, or outcomes.
No Price Comparison
ClearOps does not obtain multiple quotes or negotiate lowest pricing unless explicitly requested in writing beforehand.

ClearOps coordinates communication and scheduling only and is not liable for vendor performance, delays, property outcomes, or third-party actions.
Privacy
Client information is used solely for service coordination and will not be shared except as necessary to complete requested services.

- If a property becomes operationally intensive (“Heavy Property”), ClearOps may reclassify and adjust pricing with notice
3. Professional Backup — On-Demand Coverage ($69/case)Backup coordination service provided per case for Licensed Real Estate Professionals Only (agents and property managers).- One payment covers one case (one issue through coordination to resolution)
- Unrelated issues may be treated as separate cases
- Designed for temporary coverage or intervention when primary manager is unavailable
- Non-refundable once service begins
